Mechanic Position
– Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex construction rental equipment and tools. Perform maintenance check on rental equipment before and after use for damage, hours used, tires, mileage, fuel levels, safety decals and safety compliance. Perform in a safe manner, minor repairs of rental equipment and tools, including checking oil, grease, fluids and tagging of equipment for rental ready status. Perform diagnostic procedures across a variety of component systems and equipment.

Required to have a minimum of 3 yrs heavy equipment and mechanical experience. Minimum 18 years old. Must possess own tools and work on several types and brands of equipment. Basic computer skills preferred. Basic welding experience is a plus. Must be able to pass a drug test.



CDL Class A Driver Position
– Job responsibilities will include the following: Load and unload equipment. Secure loaded equipment per company procedure and inspect in transit of necessary. Deliver and pick up equipment. Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records.

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required. Experience with operating and delivery of aerial and heavy equipment a plus but not mandatory. Must be able to lift approximately 70lbs, and maintain a professional personal appearance. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must have a clean driving record. Must pass a company drug screen.



Inside Sales
The Equipment Rental Professional serves as an inside sales representative and is typically the first point of contact with our customers. In this role you will, be responsible for telephone and walk in customers assisting them with the different types of commercial and industrial equipment B&M Equipment Rental Brings to the market.

You will interface with all departments including sales, service, administration, and operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Recommending equipment solutions to the customer, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services based on their needs
  • Processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts
  • Establishing new rental and sales accounts
  • Organizing and dispatching delivery trucks
  • Working with outside sales representatives to manage customer expectations
  • Administrative and clerical duties

Other duties assigned as needed Skillsets required:

  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel
  • Working with customers and the general public on an ongoing basis
